How does shipping work?

Due to insurance requirements, we are only able to ship Next Day Air or Second Day Air. Your order will ship Next Day Air or 2nd Day air from the date of completion, not the date of the order.
Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing your UPS tracking number. We cannot ship to a PO Box, as all shipments require a signature upon delivery.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Our fine jewelry is handmade, so turnaround time can vary. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks from the time of order. We do try to keep inventory on hand. If you need more exact availability on a certain piece of jewelry or want to check if it is in stock, email customerservice@rwfine.com.

How can I check the status of my order?

For order status updates, please reply to your order confirmation email or email customerservice@rwfine.com with your order number.

How long does it take for to install the Aggie Shield™ Diamond to be set and shipped?
Aggie Shield Diamonds are handcrafted, so turnaround time can vary depending on backlog in the Studios.   Typical turn around time will be 2 to 3 weeks from the time we receive your Aggie Ring.  In some cases, we may be waiting on a re-stocking Aggie Shield™ Diamonds or Aggie Maroon™ Diamonds, and in that case we will contact you and communicate the delivery time line. 

On Aggie Shield™ Diamond custom settings, we will send you a prepaid fully insured UPS shipping label so you can send us your ring.

If your ring needs resizing or shows signs of heavy wear and tear, we can resize and refinish as you desire for additional fees.  We will happily provide you a price on that as you request.Typical re-sizing costs is around $50 to 100

Custom orders are non-returnable/ non-refundable and considered FINAL. There is a great deal of time, labor and love invested by both our team and our jewelers into hand crafting each set of custom Aggie Shield™ Diamonds.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed, so if you are unhappy for any reason, please call or email us.  We will make it right by you.
